Support the SDK team in complex troubleshooting processes, serving as a technical reference in security incident resolution. Operate and manage the SentinelOne endpoint security solution, including advanced troubleshooting and threat analysis. Monitor, investigate, and respond to high-complexity security alerts, conducting in-depth event analysis and coordinating incident response.

Intermediate to advanced technical English for documentation and threat analysis. Certifications in the field (CompTIA Security+, SC-200, MS-500, CCSA or similar). Solid experience in SOC or Cyber Security Operations teams, with experience in incident response (IR) and basic forensic analysis.

Presence in the Campinas Metropolitan Region office is mandatory according to the current attendance policy.
