Core Responsibilities

The officer will contribute to managing and articulating actions with the Guatemalan Migration Institute and the Ministry of Education to help migrant and refugee children overcome challenges and facilitate enrollment in the National Education System. Key responsibilities include developing training for partner institutions on evaluation systems and promoting the use of digital tools and educational materials for migrant children's enrollment.

Requirements

Candidates must be a graduate teacher (primary or pre-primary) or have a High School Diploma in Education, preferably with studies in Education, Psychopedagogy, or Psychology, and possess basic computer skills. Required qualities include excellent interpersonal and communication skills, teamwork ability, and willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time to Chiquimula and Quiché.
