Accounts Payable Team Leader Shared Services Center

Ensure end-to-end AP execution including invoice intake, validation, and payment preparation. Monitor and enhance AP performance through KPIs and drive corrective action plans when necessary. Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately eight AP professionals, ensuring effective coverage planning across countries and time zones. Identify and implement process improvements using a Lean mindset to enhance operational efficiency.

Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Finance, or Accounting. 5–7 years of experience in finance or accounting with proven SSC experience and team leadership. Working proficiency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is desirable. ERP experience (SAP/Oracle/other) and basic knowledge of Excel/Power BI for reporting.
