Core Responsibilities

The Partnerships BDR will be responsible for expanding and activating the global partner network by proactively identifying and engaging new agencies, managing inbound interest, and re-engaging dormant partners. This role involves driving a partner-sourced pipeline and increasing attendance at strategic partner events in collaboration with Marketing and Sales teams.

Requirements

Candidates should possess 2–4 years of experience in business development, outbound sales, or partnerships, preferably within SaaS, and be comfortable initiating conversations with agency founders and senior leaders. Key attributes include commercial thinking, resilience, strong organizational skills, target motivation, and a desire to collaborate cross-functionally.
