What You'll Do
Lead and execute the strategic planning of the agency, implementing necessary actions to maintain and expand the member base. Drive business growth by identifying opportunities and strengthening partnerships through consultative and strategic actions. Ensure excellence in member service and promote engagement, while acting as a representative of the cooperative in the community.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Marketing, Accounting, Law, Actuarial Sciences, or related fields. 2 years of experience in agency business or similar market experience. Required certifications include C PRO R.
