Handle client inquiries through various channels and manage CRM tasks including campaigns and contactability. Train clients on digital channels and promote transaction migration to alternative channels.
What We're Looking For
1 to 2 years of experience in commercial and client service areas. Bachelor's degree in Administration, Banking, or Finance. Knowledge of banking products and services, CRM systems, and customer service techniques.
