Core Responsibilities

The consultant will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer support across phone calls, chats, and emails, while also building strong, lasting customer relationships. This role requires escalating complex issues to engineers when necessary and maintaining a deep understanding of client solutions to meet KPIs.

Requirements

Candidates must possess excellent English communication skills (C2 level for both spoken and written) and have a minimum of six months of experience in customer support. Essential requirements include being tech-savvy enough to troubleshoot basic technical issues, strong analytical thinking, and having a personal computer with specified minimum internet speeds.
