Manage and monitor the company's labor judicial processes, including claims, hearings, deadlines, and resolutions. Coordinate with external advisors to develop defense strategies. Prepare legal documents, resources, and other procedural documents. Verify compliance with the defined procedural strategy and report the status and alerts of each process.
What We're Looking For
Graduate in Law. Knowledge of procedural law and the New Labor Procedural Law (NLPT). Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word). Previous experience in law firms or labor/contested legal areas is desirable.
