HR Operations Analyst - Continuous Improvement Lead

Lead quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational consistency and efficiency. Develop and maintain quality standards, controls, and performance metrics. Monitor results, identify trends, and conduct root cause analyses. Partner with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and service quality.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Quality Management, or a related field. 3+ years experience in quality assurance, continuous improvement, process improvement, or operational excellence. Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, DMAIC, or similar methodologies desired.
