Pre-Litigation Case Manager, Arkansas

This role involves assisting attorneys by reviewing and summarizing Personal Injury claim evidence for early evaluation, supporting case development from intake to resolution, and preparing comprehensive demand packages to maximize claim value. The manager will also serve as the primary pre-litigation contact for clients and communicate with insurance carriers regarding coverage and status.
Requirements
Candidates must have 2–6 years of experience supporting Personal Injury pre-litigation matters specifically within Arkansas, coupled with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Essential abilities include managing a high-volume caseload, summarizing medical records and bills, and demonstrating strong independent work ethic while collaborating effectively.
