Core Responsibilities

The IT Help Desk Analyst will support and troubleshoot workstations, printers, and network applications while managing user accounts and access. They are also responsible for suggesting training improvements and handling various technical tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Candidates should have basic PC hardware and software knowledge, including Windows and MS Office 365, with 0-2 years of experience. The role requires the ability to lift up to 45 pounds and a willingness to work more than 40 hours per week.
