Core Responsibilities

The Specialist will review and evaluate accommodation requests and medical substantiation information, recommending appropriate accommodation options to leaders based on provided guidance. This role involves monitoring cases in ServiceNow, engaging with leaders, responding to inquiries, and ensuring compliance with relevant employment and privacy laws.

Requirements

Candidates should have case management experience in the ADA, disability, workers' compensation, or FMLA arenas, including at least one year managing disability accommodation cases or a similar HR role. Subject matter knowledge in ADA and FMLA is required, along with experience using an ERP system like Workday.
