Core Responsibilities

Execute and optimize the multichannel strategy focusing on Paid Media (Meta, Google, TikTok) with an emphasis on CAC/ROAS efficiency. Monitor the KPI framework (Investment, CPM, CTR, CAC, ROAS, conversion) and build actionable insights. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to bring initiatives to production.

Requirements

2 to 3 years of experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing, ideally in marketplace, e-commerce, fintech, or high-growth tech. Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, Marketing, or related fields. Proficiency in paid media platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads) and functional knowledge of SQL.
