Core Responsibilities

The analyst will monitor applications and infrastructure, maintain a ticket queue based on criticality, and provide support for installations, local applications, and database issues. They will also assist Operations Engineers with new solution design and implementation while maintaining documentation.

Requirements

Candidates need at least two years of professional experience with SQL, CRM tools, and Windows servers, along with experience navigating Windows applications and basic networking knowledge. Strong written and verbal communication, cross-functional team leadership skills, and a flexible schedule are also required.
