The Senior Manager will be responsible for designing and executing the operational strategy for Rappi Turbo's dark stores in Mexico, ensuring the core promise of sub-10-minute deliveries is met while scaling speed, efficiency, and profitability across 60+ locations. This involves managing multilayer teams, ensuring operational discipline, optimizing processes like layout and inventory, and collaborating closely with various internal departments to resolve structural issues.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a highly strategic operations leader capable of flawless execution in a high-uncertainty, fast-paced, and explosive growth environment, enjoying hands-on field work while maintaining strategic perspective. Solid experience in operations (retail, logistics, dark stores, e-commerce) is required, along with proven ability to lead multilayer teams, implement new processes, and master operational KPIs.
