Core Responsibilities

The SDR Team Leader will be responsible for leading, training, and scaling the performance of the SDR team in Chile to meet SQL and pipeline objectives that support MRR goals. This involves optimizing tactical indicators, ensuring the adoption of the global prospecting playbook, and providing local market insights to commercial leadership.

Requirements

Candidates must have over 2 years of experience as an SDR or equivalent in B2B prospecting, along with experience leading or training teams, and a strong grasp of the SDR process and SQL quality diagnosis. Native Spanish proficiency and a focus on metrics, commercial discipline, and daily accountability are mandatory.
