Analyze, consolidate, and manage operational and performance indicators, addressing deviations through action plans. Manage the complete team, including schedule control and training oversight. Monitor loading statuses and conduct operational alignment meetings with drivers and transporters. Control operational costs to ensure profitability.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. Previous experience in Supply Chain (operations, transport, planning, etc.). Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledgeable in Lean/Six Sigma. Availability to work on-site in Poços de Caldas - MG, on a 6x1 schedule, including night shifts and weekends.
