What You'll Do
Partner with senior leaders as their strategic HRBP advisor. Guide decisions on organizational effectiveness, team design, and workforce planning. Diagnose systemic issues affecting performance and engagement. Use AI tools to accelerate analysis and improve decision quality.
What We're Looking For
7+ years of progressive HR experience, including substantial HRBP and organizational consulting experience. Full professional proficiency in English is required. Strong organizational consulting, coaching, and change-management skills. Proven ability to turn complex data into clear insights.
