What You'll Do
Draft, parameterize, and maintain the company's bidding regulations, ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Support the commercial area in public sector demands and private companies receiving public funds. Ensure governance and compliance in public market operations, mitigating operational and legal risks. Facilitate communication between the commercial team and other departments to resolve pertinent issues.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Law. Experience in public bidding processes and contract management with public administration. Strong knowledge of bidding legislation, particularly the New Bidding Law (Law n 14.133/21). Practical experience in drafting and implementing internal regulations and instructions.
