What You'll Do
Lead end-to-end design initiatives within Core Portal, Payments, Balances/Stablecoins, and Cross-Border. Co-lead Design Ops to maintain consistency in naming and documentation of the Design System. Conduct user interviews and qualitative research to inform design decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical feasibility of solutions.
What We're Looking For
7+ years of experience in similar roles. Proven track record as a Product Designer/UX-UI Designer, leading end-to-end flows in complex digital products, preferably in fintech or banking. Proficiency in Figma for functional prototyping and maintaining scalable Design Systems.
