Plan and oversee the evolution of HR systems and solutions for HR Solutions Caribe, ensuring reliability and efficiency. Lead the management and evolution of dashboards and KPIs, transforming operational data into insights for decision-making. Ensure the quality and integrity of HR information, strengthening data governance practices.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields. Master's degree in Human Resources is desirable. Knowledge in process improvement and optimization, including process analysis and identification of improvement opportunities.
