What You'll Do
Plan, time, and deliver training programs while developing and updating educational materials aligned with industry best practices. Coordinate and conduct practical activities in the field, ensuring rigorous execution of management techniques. Assess team competencies through practical and theoretical tests, providing continuous guidance and individual development plans.
What We're Looking For
Technical education in Agricultural, Forestry, Maintenance, Electrical or related fields. Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Forestry Engineering, Mechanical, Production or related areas. Solid experience (minimum of 3 years) in the forestry sector, with experience in Harvesting and/or Forestry Logistics. Valid driver's license category B or higher.
