What You'll Do
Manage the analysis, tracking, and resolution of customer complaints, ensuring effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions. Administer quality deviations related to suppliers, conducting root cause analysis and following up on action plans. Coordinate and ensure the proper execution of cycle counting processes in warehouses, guaranteeing inventory accuracy.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field. 2 to 3 years of experience in similar positions. Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Root Cause Analysis. Intermediate English proficiency.
