What You'll Do
Execute and monitor key fulfillment workflows and processes, ensuring consistent quality and timely completion of tasks. Troubleshoot operational issues and escalate roadblocks while making practical trade-offs. Collaborate with peers to track team metrics and support inventory strategies. Train and support new team members, sharing best practices and refining process documentation.
What We're Looking For
High School diploma required. 1+ years of team leadership experience. Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience in oral and written communication in English. Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
What We Offer
Work a rotating, flexible schedule, including nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays. Able to work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required.
