Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Intermediate English proficiency. 2 to 3 years of experience in commercial, operational, technical advisory, or infrastructure project areas. Knowledge of construction processes, civil works, concrete technologies, and commercial strategies.
