Core Responsibilities

The role focuses on driving Rappi Ads growth by acquiring new clients and categories through prospecting, diagnosing needs, designing value propositions, and closing commercial deals. Key activities include diversifying revenue, accelerating non-endemic category penetration, strengthening agency agreements, and expanding the Retail Media investment portfolio.

Requirements

Candidates must have experience in consultative sales, ad sales, retail media, or business development, coupled with strong prospecting abilities and solid skills in pitching, negotiation, and executive storytelling. A good understanding of the advertising and agency ecosystem, resilience, proactivity, and intermediate/advanced English proficiency are also required.
