What You'll Do
Execute daily operational tasks on IIS web servers and JBoss/WebLogic app servers, including health checks, error log reviews, and service status verification. Monitor middleware instance availability and performance using observability tools like Nagios and Azure Monitor. Support incident resolution under senior supervision and apply approved configuration changes in non-production environments.
What We're Looking For
1 to 2 years of experience in middleware infrastructure support. Introductory knowledge of IIS and JBoss/WebLogic, including basic site management and log review. Basic proficiency in PowerShell and/or Bash for operational diagnostics. Familiarity with Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
What We Offer
Hybrid work modality based in Bogotá. Coverage from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Colombia time for P3/P4 support, with on-call supervision for P1/P2 incidents. Development plan includes certification itinerary in middleware administration and public cloud.
