Prospect new associates in the PF, PJ, or Agro segments through calls, messages, and community interactions. Conduct physical or digital meetings to identify financial solutions for clients. Organize a proactive commercial agenda for external visits and contacts. Manage business processes including account openings, updates, and credit operations.

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress. ANBIMA CPA and C-PRO R certification required. Professional experience in managing PF, PJ, and/or Agro businesses. Knowledge of financial products and services. Valid driver's license (CNH B).
