Program/Project Management Assoc Manager

Administer, operate, and monitor IBM API Connect components, including Management/API Manager, Gateway, Developer Portal, and Analytics. Address platform incidents and issues based on criticality and experience level, performing diagnosis, escalation, root cause analysis, and follow-up until resolution. Execute configuration changes, maintenance, updates, and fix packs across various environments according to change management processes.

Experience in support, administration, or operation of middleware platforms, API management, containers, or production infrastructure. Practical knowledge of IBM API Connect and its main components. Experience with Kubernetes, preferably in managed public cloud services like Amazon EKS or Azure AKS.
