Support administrative routines and customer service at the agency. Collaborate with the team on operational activities, ensuring organization and efficiency in internal processes. Participate in training and capacity-building to develop professional skills and knowledge about cooperativism.

Must be between 16 and 24 years old and willing to learn and grow professionally. Must not have previous formal employment experience. Must be currently enrolled in or have completed high school. Must reside in Paragominas/PA.
