Requirements
Candidates must possess 5 to 8 years of experience in retail operations, last mile, dark stores, logistics, or e-commerce, with a solid background in managing operational and financial KPIs. Essential requirements include proven experience in designing and scaling measurable operational processes, leading analytical/operational teams, and demonstrating high analytical capacity for data-driven decision-making in high-pressure environments.
