Management & Doc Control Analyst

Coordinate the entry process of contractor resources, including personnel, vehicles, and machinery, ensuring compliance with legal and safety requirements. Manage a high volume of simultaneous requests, prioritizing needs based on urgency and impact. Maintain information related to contractors and resources, promoting data quality and consistency.

Advanced students or graduates in fields such as Business Administration, Public Accounting, Law, Economic Sciences, or related areas. Proficient in data analysis tools, especially Excel, and other data management solutions like Copilot and Power Query. Previous experience in contractor control or document control is valued.
