Senior/Lead Product Analyst [Antifraud]

Own Antifraud & Disputes Analytics end-to-end, including metrics, dashboards, monitoring, and analytical support for business decisions. Build and own ML models for Antifraud & Disputes across the full lifecycle, from feature engineering to deployment and monitoring. Partner with Product and Engineering to shape solutions for fraud prevention and disputes, and optimize Fraud Operations at scale through data and process redesign.

A mathematical or technical degree from a top-tier university. Expert knowledge of mathematical statistics and probability theory. Hands-on experience building and deploying ML models in production, along with advanced SQL and Python skills. Experience with BI tools like Tableau or Superset, and English proficiency (B1+) for effective collaboration.
