Core Responsibilities

The agent will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving product and platform issues, and addressing account and billing questions using company tools. Responsibilities also include logging requests, investigating solutions, maintaining customer records, and applying retention strategies during cancellation requests.

Requirements

Candidates must be fully bilingual/native in Spanish and English and possess knowledge of the United States credit industry, including credit cards, lines of credit, and personal loans. A customer-first orientation, empathy, excellent communication skills, and a hunger to learn the technological suite are essential.
