What You'll Do
Act as a strategic legal advisor to business teams in Brazil, leading the drafting, analysis, and negotiation of vendor agreements and B2B client contracts. Address key legal and commercial topics, including intellectual property and data privacy. Oversee litigation matters across the country and manage external law firms strategically. Conduct workshops to build legal awareness and guide cross-functional teams on compliance and commercial standards.
What We're Looking For
Law Degree and active license (OAB) to practice law in Brazil. 7+ years of experience as in-house lawyer in multinational companies or law firms, with tech/startup, public tenders, and privacy experience preferred. Fluent English is mandatory; Spanish is a plus.
