Responsible for managing relationships with master brokers to achieve disbursement goals and positioning the company as the primary financing option. This includes implementing commercial strategies, conducting training, and managing the monthly pipeline and broker incentives.

Requirements

Requires a degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Industrial Engineering with at least 2 years of experience in sales and team management. Must have knowledge of credit, amortization tables, and financial products for the SME sector.
