Coordinate and remotely support university engagement activities by partnering with University Relationship Leaders, client-serving professionals, alumni, and recruiting stakeholders. Manage engagement requests and align campus activities with talent priorities and local market needs. Track project milestones and provide regular updates and recommendations to leadership.

5-7 years of experience in recruiting, talent operations, or stakeholder-facing roles. Strong experience with recruiting systems, CRM tools, or candidate tracking platforms. Familiarity with stakeholder engagement at senior levels and experience in process improvement or workflow optimization.
