Consultor/a AVEVA PI System

Ensure the availability and proper functioning of production systems according to established service level agreements (SLAs). Monitor, diagnose, and resolve incidents and problems related to applications. Lead incident management activities, ensuring clear and timely communication with various stakeholders. Provide specialized technical support for AVEVA PI System and other data management platforms.

Advanced knowledge of AVEVA PI System (OSIsoft PI) and other plant information management systems (PIMS). Experience providing support for critical applications in production environments. Strong troubleshooting skills and problem-solving abilities in integrated applications and systems. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields. Advanced English proficiency.
