Manage a team of 16 to 18 people, guiding and defining directions for the asset coordinator and respective team. Develop and document processes actively on the distribution center floor, identifying opportunities to maximize speed, excellence, and safety. Conduct root cause analyses and implement action plans to mitigate losses and damages, focusing on reducing damages in shipments, particularly in the Northeast region.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required. Proven experience in people management with a high level of negotiation and prioritization skills. Previous experience in project implementation and operations is a plus. Solid knowledge in process structuring, continuous improvement, and experience in areas such as Quality, Logistics, Production, or Retail.
