Provide support to the Labor Legal Management in reviewing documents and addressing legal inquiries. Manage inspections by SUNAFIL, responding promptly to information requests. Evaluate disciplinary procedures and dismissals, from identifying infractions to issuing relevant letters. Develop and update internal labor policies and coordinate with various departments to gather and deliver required information.
What We're Looking For
Graduate in Law with experience in labor law. Knowledge of current labor legislation. Intermediate proficiency in MS Office.
