The HR Business Partner will advise on Human Resources matters, aligning strategies with business objectives and facilitating communication between management and teams. This includes leading organizational change initiatives and ensuring the correct implementation of key HR processes like talent management, selection, and performance management.

Requirements

Candidates must possess around 10 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in similar roles, and hold an academic degree in Labor Psychology, Commercial Engineering, or related fields. Advanced proficiency in Office Suite is required, along with knowledge of Labor Legislation, and intermediate English is desirable.
