Support operational activities in the CRM area by assisting with data analysis, report generation, and management of administrative and technological processes. Help develop a price-demand elasticity simulator that integrates audit information to estimate the impact of price changes on volume, sales, market share, and profitability. Create and update weekly and monthly reports in Power BI and Excel, and manage the delivery and enrollment of iPad devices.

Active student from the 5th semester in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields. Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Office Suite, Excel, and Power BI. Intermediate English proficiency.
