The Talent Acquisition Partner manages the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to extending offers, while collaborating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs. Key contributions include achieving hiring KPIs, managing end-to-end recruitment for entry to mid-level roles, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

Candidates need 1–3 years of hands-on recruiting experience and must possess a high school diploma, with a bachelor's degree preferred. Strong proficiency in communication, time management, and organizational skills are essential, and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish may be required.
