Assemble and install workstations, printers, switches, and other network equipment. Provide support requests via phone, email, and in-person, documenting and resolving issues. Install, configure, and update software and hardware according to company standards. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers and printers.

Mandatory CNH category B. Experience in technical support and maintenance of computers and printers. Knowledge of Windows, Office suite, and networking, including IP addressing and connectivity testing. Availability for field activities and travel approximately three times a month.
