Core Responsibilities

This role leads the IT Service Delivery Function, driving solutions and services to meet business and customer requirements by overseeing and enhancing IT Service Management processes, with a focus on Atlassian Jira and utilizing ITIL practices. Key accountabilities include leading ITSM processes, administering Jira, optimizing workflows, leading a team, managing incident/problem management, and monitoring performance.

Requirements

Candidates need a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or 5+ years of IT experience, including at least 2 years in management. A minimum of 5 years of corporate IT experience is required, along with familiarity and practical experience applying ITIL processes within a business setting.
