Advise and propose salary increases for Grupo Financiero Pichincha based on equity and competitiveness studies. Manage and control the budget execution of personnel accounts, identifying corrective actions for deviations. Develop and present incentive plans and variable remuneration to maintain equitable structures.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Commercial Engineering, Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related fields. Experience in payroll management, salary administration, and equity analysis. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and labor legislation.
