Execute remote recovery of ATMs to ensure their proper operation. Manage attention and interaction with cash transport companies (ETBs). Generate and analyze operational reports for decision-making. Follow up on incident resolution to guarantee established service levels.
What We're Looking For
Experience in ATM operations and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, cross-references, and filters). Bachelor's degree in Computing (preferably completed or incomplete with experience). Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
What We Offer
The position offers a hybrid work scheme with a base in Parques and weekend shifts.
