Core Responsibilities

The main purpose is to ensure the talent experience flows excellently from initial contact to exit, coordinating and executing an end-to-end Employee Journey that reflects company culture. Responsibilities include managing onboarding stages, handling internal client inquiries regarding processes, managing internal communications, coordinating welcome kits, and planning corporate events.

Requirements

Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in Organizational Development, People & Culture, Communications, Branding, office management, or event organization. Desirable experience includes involvement in extracurricular activities, proficiency in Illustrator, and prior experience in fast-growing companies or job fairs.
