Coordinate and identify conflicts and opportunities for improvement in the store to foster operational excellence. Ensure operational efficiency of pickers to maximize store productivity and monitor the fulfillment process.
What We're Looking For
Minimum of 2 years of experience leading and developing teams. At least 1 year of experience in supermarket sectors. Strong results orientation and problem-solving skills in a collaborative environment.
