Manage store availability and ensure standardized processes are implemented efficiently. Conduct training for Shoppers and analyze operational performance. Visit stores for implementation of tests and provide feedback on performance. Monitor live operations and configure necessary tools for decision-making.
What We're Looking For
Experience leading teams in operations, retail, or logistics. Strong analytical skills and strategic vision for decision-making. Knowledge of operational metrics and tracking tools (reports, dashboards, KPIs). Excellent communication and operational leadership skills.
